Introduction Welcome to Two Seasons Resort. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all reservations and stays at our resort. By making a booking, you agree to these Terms.
Reservation & Payment
All bookings are considered final once payment is received.
All bookings are non‑refundable. This applies to cancellations, modifications, early departures, or no-shows.
No-Refund Policy Once your reservation is confirmed and paid, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Modifications We may accommodate date changes subject to availability, but such requests do not entitle you to any refund, and additional charges may apply.
Confirmation & Communication After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all details: dates, property, total price, and these Terms.
Liability & Responsibility You’re responsible for providing accurate booking information and adhering to resort policies. The resort isn’t liable for changes beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters).
Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Two Seasons Resort is located.
